His work covers microservices and event-driven architecture, cloud-native platforms on Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes and containerized deployments, DevOps automation, high-scale application integration and intelligent automation.

A highly accomplished AI, IT and business consultant, Mark has led organizations at world-class companies including Oracle, Walmart.com, Apple Inc. and Cisco Systems, driving transformational programs that improve productivity, efficiency and quality. His expertise spans IT operations, strategic planning and software project management.

As IT Director at Cisco from 2019 to 2023, Mark led a major software management transformation that achieved a tenfold productivity increase and generated more than $200 million in cost savings. Before that he served as Senior Manager of Production Support at Cisco from 2008 to 2019, and as Program Manager for Global Business Process Reengineering at Apple from 2005 to 2008. In these roles he implemented Agile frameworks, built robust project management practices and led global teams to consistent, high-impact outcomes.

Shridhar works where business strategy meets systems architecture. He has secured and delivered flagship engagements for public sector and commercial clients, taking high-stakes digital initiatives from discovery and blueprinting through to scaled production.

He led the technical strategy that secured a $2 million modernization program for the South Carolina Medicaid system. For a leading Canadian fashion retailer, he led a three-year strategic digital technology contract, building, mentoring and directing a 21-member cross-functional engineering team and setting agile delivery standards and architecture governance across distributed environments.

Shridhar stays hands-on with the newest AI techniques: retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI workflows, LLM orchestration with LangChain and Llama, high-scale vector databases and enterprise data platforms built natively on Amazon Web Services (AWS). His focus is turning AI capabilities into resilient, high-throughput business applications that remove real operational bottlenecks.
